Hi everyone! My name is Rama Hamzaoui and I’m currently the director of education. I’m a senior at Tufts studying biochemistry and community health, planning to pursue medical school in the future (and hopefully pediatrics later :) ). My favorite thing about KIN is being able to communicate the importance of sustainable eating habits in an interactive way, while watching the children come back excited for more every week! In my free time I like to read and watch comfort shows.

Riley Soehnlein

Hi, my name is Riley and I’m a junior majoring in community health with the intention of going to dental school! I’ve been involved with KIN since my freshman year, and am currently the operations manager. I love KIN because it bridges Tufts with the broader Somerville/Medford community and promotes food literacy among the local youth. Throughout my involvement, I have been able to foster many meaningful relationships with the students and can see how they will carry these lessons into their adulthood. When I’m not helping out with KIN, I enjoy drawing, going for walks, and doing yoga!
